Dr Stephanie Donaldson brings a rich and diverse background to her role at Caboolture Dental Group, where she joined as a new graduate dentist in January 2025. She began her journey in dentistry as a dental assistant, working alongside specialists across various disciplines. This early hands-on experience sparked a deep passion for oral health and patient care, which eventually led her to pursue a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University in Cairns.
Her path has taken her from the bustling city of Shanghai to some of the most remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory, where she developed a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of accessible healthcare. Stephanie enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a keen interest in oral surgery and periodontics. She takes pride in helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles and believes that building trust and connection is just as important as clinical excellence.
When she’s not in scrubs, you’ll find Dr Stephanie chasing a good hiking trail, diving into fantasy novels, or on the hunt for a quirky new coffee spot. Consider it her version of competitive sport.
